Overdue or late payments
Late payments will incur an administrative fee of £40, along with any additional charges and interest as stipulated by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act (1998).
Wedding deposits
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required for wedding bookings, with the remaining balance payable 14 days before the event. Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the wedding due to the logistical planning involved.
Gratuities
Gratuities are entirely at the customer’s discretion.
Business accounts
Business accounts are available subject to application. References may be required to grant credit facilities.
Terms
Payments must strictly adhere to the terms stated on each invoice.
VAT
All prices are subject to UK VAT, charged at the current rate of 20%.
Methods of payment
We accept bank transfers along with most major credit and debit cards. We do not accept cash or cheques.
Receipts
Receipts will be emailed to the address provided upon completion of payment and each booking.
Payment in advance
Full payment is required no later than 48 hours before travel. Please note that provisional bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received in full.
