Adverse weather
During severe weather conditions, we reserve the right to substitute vehicles or cancel bookings to ensure the safety of clients and drivers.
Special assistance dogs
Cachet Cars Ltd welcomes assistance dogs in our vehicles. Please notify us in advance so we can provide a protective covering for the car’s interior.
Wheelchairs
Our vehicles can accommodate collapsible wheelchairs, and our drivers are happy to assist with loading and unloading as needed.
Insurance
All vehicles, including subcontracted vehicles, are fully insured for Private Hire and Reward. However, personal belongings are carried entirely at the client’s own risk. Cachet Cars Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
Child safety seats
It is the client’s responsibility to provide, install, and secure any required child seats.
Children under 16
A parent, carer, or responsible adult must accompany all children under 16.
Alcohol and drugs
We reserve the right to refuse to carry any passenger(s) under the influence of drugs or alcohol whose behavior poses a threat to the driver or others.
Passenger conduct
We reserve the right to refuse travel to any individual causing damage to our vehicles or posing a nuisance or danger to drivers, staff, or other passengers. In such cases, the police may be involved, and no compensation or refund will be provided.
Damage to our vehicles
Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to a vehicle’s interior and/or exterior and will be billed accordingly for any such repair.
