Our luggage capacity is based on the long-wheelbase BMW 7 Series, accommodating up to two or three medium-sized cases or a maximum of two large cases. Any terminal drop-off fees charged by the airport will be passed on to you at cost. Similarly, car park exit fees incurred will also be recharged at cost.

For airport pickups, waiting time begins 45 minutes after the confirmed landing time of your flight. Waiting time is calculated in 15-minute increments and charged at £10 per 15 minutes.

Once your flight has landed, you will receive a text/SMS welcome message with details of the designated collection point. Your driver will coordinate directly with you for a smooth pickup, displaying a name board for easy identification.
