Cachet Cars provided a wedding car for our daughter's wedding, their service was exceptional during the planning process and on the day. Jayne was very professional, to the extent that she provided me with her personal mobile number in case I had to contact her during the days before the wedding, when she was unable to be in the office. She enabled us to be flexible on the morning of the wedding - would the bride walk to the church or would she be driven, weather dependent! Tim the driver was punctual, friendly and facilitated all our plans. The car was comfortable and spacious and immaculate inside and out. After having made all of our travel plans, we learned that there would be a one-day train strike on the day we needed to travel from Cambridge to York. Very prompt and courteous service from Andrew, our driver, he arrived in good time and was happy to wait for us while we gathered bits and pieces together. We used Cachet Cars for a chauffeur driven car for the bride and parents to the wedding ( we took the dress with us in the boot rather than as a wedding car with ribbons etc) to have a calm half hour journey from home to the venue. Incredible service. My parents travelled to the USA and the Covid travel rules changed shortly before they were due to return, meaning they hadn’t met the requirements and could not board the plane. Jayne’s quick responses, flexibility, and calm nature meant my parents had one less thing to stress about. When they finally got the ok to board, Jayne was on it again and managed to arrange a car. So after 7 very stressful days and a long red-eye flight, my parents were over the moon to see Tim, who drove them home. Professional & Courteous We have been using Cachet Cars for a number of years to deliver us and collect us from Heathrow and Gatwick on regular trips to the USA. Their service is impeccable and the cars exactly as they describe on their website. Importantly they are absolutely on the ball when it comes to tracking your flight and being totally flexible with all the changes that occur in the current environment. We have just resumed travelling after the various lock-downs and am pleased to report there has been absolutely no change in the style and service you receive from Cachet.

We used Cachet Cars to take and collect us from Gatwick airport for our recent holiday. As a family of 6, with 6 suitcases and a large disability buggy we had an extremely comfortable journey in a Ford Tourneo. The driver was extremely polite, professional and friendly, even offering bottles of water as it was a particularly hot day. On our return journey we did not land until 00:45am, but no need to panic as our driver was right on time waiting for us. We were so impressed and pleased with the service we received, we will not hesitate to use Cachet Cars again and highly recommend them.
