Bookings may be subject to additional charges, including but not limited to waiting time, exit fees, out-of-hours charges, and cancellation fees. A detailed list of additional charges will be provided during your quote. A complete list is shown on every quote.
Any soiling or damage to a vehicle’s interior or exterior will be charged accordingly to cover cleaning or repair costs.
Late payments will incur an administrative fee of £40, along with any additional charges and interest as stipulated by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act (1998).
UK Bank Holidays are subject to an increased charge, which will be outlined when your journey is quoted.
Any external charges, such as parking, airport drop-off fees, tolls, or London Congestion Charges, will be recharged at cost.
Journeys scheduled between 23:00 and 06:00 UK time may incur an additional £40 charge.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full fare.
Waiting time is calculated in 15-minute increments and charged at £10 per 15 minutes. Waiting time begins 15 minutes after the booked travel time. For airport collections, waiting time starts 45 minutes after the confirmed landing time of your flight.
Where spillages or stains occur, valeting and any special sanitation required to restore the vehicle to complete working order will be billed in full accordingly.
Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to a vehicle’s interior and/or exterior and will be billed accordingly for any such repair.
