Wedding deposits
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required for wedding bookings, with the remaining balance payable 14 days before the event. Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the wedding due to the logistical planning involved.
Gratuities
Gratuities are entirely at the customer’s discretion.
Business accounts
Business accounts are available subject to application. References may be required to grant credit facilities.
Terms
Payments must strictly adhere to the terms stated on each invoice.
VAT
All prices are subject to UK VAT, charged at the current rate of 20%.
Methods of payment
We accept bank transfers along with most major credit and debit cards. We do not accept cash or cheques.
How much luggage can I take?
Our luggage capacity is based on the long-wheelbase BMW 7 Series, accommodating up to two or three medium-sized cases or a maximum of two large cases. Airport car parking and drop-off charges
Any terminal drop-off fees charged by the airport will be passed on to you at cost. Similarly, car park exit fees incurred will also be recharged at cost.
Waiting time at the airport
For airport pickups, waiting time begins 45 minutes after the confirmed landing time of your flight. Waiting time is calculated in 15-minute increments and charged at £10 per 15 minutes.
