If one of our vehicles is unavailable at the time of your booking, we will arrange for a trusted associate vehicle. While we make every effort to provide a vehicle that matches your booking, our priority is always to ensure your journey proceeds without disruption.
You can check your driver’s progress anytime by calling us at +44 1223 655314. Your driver will aim to arrive 10 minutes before the collection time and will send a text/SMS with their arrival status, driver name, and vehicle registration details. All of our cars are tracked. The easiest way to amend a booking is to reply directly to your booking confirmation, including your booking reference number and the amendments required.
By providing your mobile/cell number, allow us to send you text/SMS updates along with driver details and meeting point confirmations.
To cancel a journey within 24 hours of travel, please contact us directly by calling +44 1223 655314. For other cancellations, kindly contact our office via email or telephone as soon as possible.
Full payment is required no later than 48 hours before travel. Please note that provisional bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received in full.
Quotes are based on the information provided by the client and remain valid for up to 14 days.
